نعتقد أنه من الأهمية بمكان الحديث عن وجود موقع الكتروني باللغة العبرية يكون مصدر معلومة للجمهور الاسرائيلى ليوضح انتهاكات اسرائيل لحقوق الانسان  ، لما لهذا الأمر من مكانة وتأثير ، وحتى يشكل هذا الموقع مصدر معلومة لاسرائيليين اليهود عامة ، وكمحاولة عربية لتزويد الحقوقيين بالتقارير التى توضح ممارسات  الاحتلال اللاقانونية .

الجمهور الاسرائيلى بتأثر بالدعاية الرسمية الإسرائيلية المتطرفة التى تصور الفلسطينيين عامة كارهابيين وقتلة ومخربين وهذا نتحمل نحن جزء من المسئولية فيه لأننا عبر مواقعنا العربية فقط نحاكى أنفسنا باللغة العربية فى حين أن كل المؤسسات فى اسرائيل لها صفحة رئيسية باللغة العربية للتأثير على الشعوب العربية والفلسطينيين ، وفى الجانب الآخر للأسف نحن لم نبذل الجهد للتأثير على المجتمع الاسرائيلى بما يحوى من انقسام سياسى وأجندات مختلفة 0

نحن بحاجة لتعريف الاسرائيليين على بشاعة الاحتلال وتأثيره على مجمل حياة الفلسطينيين من فقر وبطالة لعدم وجود أماكن صناعة وفقدان حركة العمل والتجارة والتصدير والاستيراد ، وجود عشرات الوفيات لعدم التمكن من السفر للعلاج فى الخارج وعدم توفر أجهزة وأدوية وطواقم متخصصة فى المستشفيات ، وجهل لعدم التمكن من الدراسة فى الجامعات خارج الوطن ، واعتقالات وانتهاكات لحقوق الانسان ، فالمؤسسات الاسرائيلية الرسمية فى الدولة وخاصة الجيش يطرح نفسه بقمة الأخلاق ويعتقد أنه يعبر عن جيش دولة ديموقراطية ( لا احتلالية ) على صعيد الأخلاق والممارسة ، لذا أرى من الواجب أن يعى الجمهور اليهودى الاسرائيلى حقيقة الانتهاكات اليومية بل اللحظية بحق الفلسطينيين فى الكثير من المجالات ليكون هذه الموقع قاعدة معلومات لمجموعات الضغط والحقوقيين فى اسرائيل لمحاكمة ومحاسبة منتهكى حقوق الانسان وتوضيح ماهية تلك الانتهاكات لهم ، وحتى يعلم الجمهور والمؤسسات والشخصيات الداعمة للسلام فى اسرائيل كم يؤثر الاحتلال على مجمل حياة الفلسطينيين وكم هى الحاجة من جانب  الجمهور الاسرائيلى ومؤسساته للعمل على انهاء الاحتلال  كأمر انساني وأخلاقي قبل أن يكون سياسى   .

نعتقد أن هذه الموقع سيكون على درجة من الأهمية مقابل الصفحات العربية على كل المواقع الاسرائيلية للتأثير على الجمهور العربى والفلسطينى .

ملاحظة : هنالك طاقم متخصص من حملة الدراسات العليا المختصة فى الشأن الاسرائيلى وعلى درجة عالية جداً من الإمكانيات على صعيد الخبرة فى المجال " الانسانى والحقوقى ، والاعلام ، واللغة العبرية ترجمة وطباعة " .

Developing a Hebrew Language Website

I.     Background

We believe in the importance to develop a Hebrew language website to neutrally transmit news to recipients in the Israeli side to show the Palestinian people suffering, needs and humanitarian crises he is currently passing through as a result of the military occupation. Unfortunately, the Israeli society is increasingly going to extremism as a direct result of feeding the Israeli population with controlled media that presents Palestinians as murders and terrorists and ignore their desire to live in dignity. It is proposed to adopt the Israeli approach in developing a bilingual website that transmits news to Palestinians as well as the Israelis. For this reason, there is a need to interact with the Israeli public to show the negative effect of the military occupation over all sides of Palestinian life in terms of increasing poverty and unemployment due to lack of industrial zones and movement restrictions on persons and the import of raw materials and export of finalized goods. On the humanitarian side, the occupation affects the wellbeing of Palestinians due to inability to travel abroad to receive the proper medical treatment in the absence of necessary healthcare infrastructure in the occupied Palestinian territories. The occupation contributes to increase the number of illiterates due to continuous boarder closure that prevent students to travel abroad seeking higher degrees. The occupation continuously breaches the basic human rights through detaining more than 15,000 prisoners inside the Israeli prisons. It also contributes to increase all Palestinian generation aggressive feelings toward the Israelis. The siege harms all the Palestinian people, who are not an extremist by nature, and not Palestinian factions according to the Israeli publicity. For these reasons it is with a great importance to provide the Israeli public with factual information on the real suffering of the Palestinian people through timely posting of the Israeli breaches against the Palestinians in different aspects. This website will be like a bridge that include database for mutual interaction with Israeli jurists and human rights practitioners. This will be a step forward toward ending the Israeli occupation.
